Mandy

“Feeling energised and able to face the day ahead.

Varied classes that change every 4 weeks. Attending 2 classes each week gives me plenty of time to progress and Carol encourages and challenges me far more than I would do on my own which gives me more confidence.”

Graham

“As a Parkinson’s patient, I was having weekly 1:1 sessions with Carol. and with her encouragement and guidance, I now attend 2 of her group classes each week and a 1:1 once every 4 weeks. I have found as a result, greatly improved mobility, walking co-ordination without shuffling and more tuned into how legs and feet should move. My posture has also greatly improved and generally feel that I have much better ability to combat Parkinson symptoms.”

Ann

“Self awareness in daily tasks has improved through 1:1 and group sessions, eg, walking outside to put the rubbish in the wheelie bin, particularly when dark at night and visibility is poor. “

Mal

“Not only can I now bend down to tie shoe laces without sitting, I can tie them tighter! This is down to the specific exercises that Carol sets out.

She is also very observant in what I am struggling with and recognises my frustration when brain fog sets in. She is therefore very patient and breaks down an exercise or sequence when I need things to slow down.”

Kevin

“I have been attending Carol’s Parkinson’s exercise classes twice a week for almost 2 years. The sessions are always enjoyable, social and challenging. They address balance, coordination and movement. I am convinced that Carol’s classes have helped to reduce the symptoms and rate of onset of Parkinson’s”
