Without exercise and companionship, there can be:

My sessions are thoughtfully designed to:
Help you become more confident
Helping yourself
Manage and improve your neurological condition
Take back control of your life
Your first session will be an assessment. Following this, we will jointly agree a suitably tailored programme to meet your own personal needs.
The assessment process usually takes 90 minutes and consists of:
Relevant background information
Health Questionnaire (in certain circumstances, GP consent may also be required)
Assessment of physical capabilities
Do you run a community group?
