“CG Health & Wellbeing” is a sole trader business operated by Carol Miller. We provide exercise classes.

We collect only necessary personal information that includes name, address, email address, address to fulfil your order. No payment details are held by us, we use Stripe and Paypal as our third party payment processors who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.  We don’t retain financial details. IP details provide analytical information for the website but are not held in a format traceable to any individual.

We will use information supplied during the course of providing services to you to process in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

Your email may also be used as a client or former client of “CG Health & Wellbeing” or if you’ve registered for a newsletter, freebie or blog updates, to send you updates that may be of interest to you, from which you are free to unsubscribe at any time. We will not contact you if you have expressed a preference not to be contacted.

We are legally required to hold some information to fulfil our statutory obligations. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, this may be reviewed on a regular basis.
